Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business operations.

Full Refund

2 or more days before your session:

Cancel your booking at least 2 days (48 hours) before your scheduled session time and receive a full refund. This gives us time to offer the slot to other customers.

50% Refund

24–48 hours (1–2 days) before your session:

Cancel your booking between 24 and 48 hours before your scheduled session time and receive a 50% refund. This partial refund helps cover our operational costs.

No Refund

Within 24 hours of your session:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session time are not eligible for a refund. At this point, it's unlikely we can fill your spot.

How to Cancel

To cancel your booking, simply click the "Manage Booking" link in your confirmation email. You'll be able to view your booking details and cancel directly from there.

If you need assistance or can't find your cancellation link, please contact us through our instagram and we'll be happy to help.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are processed automatically and will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • All cancellation times are calculated based on your local time zone.
  • If you need to reschedule, please cancel your current booking and make a new one.
  • For group bookings or special events, please contact us directly as different terms may apply.

Session Cancellations

Occasionally, we may need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible. You may choose to reschedule your booking for another available time or receive a full refund.

Late Arrival & No-Show Policy

Please arrive 10 minutes early for check-in to ensure a smooth experience for everyone. We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After this time, entry may not be permitted to avoid disrupting other guests and the cats.

Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of a no-show or if you miss the grace period.

Location

Our cat café is located at 12 Rich Street Marrickville. Full details and check-in instructions will be included in your confirmation email after booking.

Cat Welfare & House Rules

The health, safety, and comfort of our cats are our highest priority. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone:

  • Be gentle and allow cats to approach you — do not pick them up unless permitted by staff.
  • Do not wake sleeping cats.
  • Children must be supervised at all times.
  • Follow all staff instructions regarding cat interaction.

Guests who do not follow these rules may be asked to leave without refund.

Photography & Media Consent

We love capturing special moments at our cat café to share on social media and our website. By attending, you consent to photos and videos being taken that may include you. If you prefer not to appear in any content, please inform our team prior to your session and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Liability

While we strive to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment, attendance at the cat café is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any personal injury, allergic reactions, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your visit.

Updates to Our Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. By continuing to book or attend sessions, you agree to the most recent version of our Terms and Conditions.
